- Production time is 4-6 weeks prior to shipping.
-ALL sales are final. No refunds of exchanges.

-Once an order has been processed it cannot be changed or canceled.
-Bows or knot is not responsible for any color bleeding from design after washing.
-We double inspect our items before it leaves our facility. We have no control of the package after shipping.

-If a clothing item is not the correct size and was not labeled as running small we will not exchange due to you ordering the wrong size. We do not know your child or what size they wear so cannot be responsible if the clothing does run true to size and it does not fit. (ALL clothing that runs small is specified in each listing on my website)

-Fabrics will vary due to stock availability.
-Make sure your PayPal address is correct as we will ship to the address provided by PayPal.
-Once an item is shipped we are not responsible for the package. We provide a tracking number on every package allowing you to track it once it leaves our facility.

- If a package is returned due to you providing an incorrect address we are not responsible to send a refund due to this issue. You may pay to have it reshipped to you.
- Onesie snaps are checked before the clothing is embroidered on. So no refunds if one breaks as that is a rare occurrence.
- Small pieces, like rhinestones, may come off so make sure you monitor your child while wearing as they can swallow them.

**PRE-ORDER Rules: If you place a pre-order make sure you plan to wait the entire production time which could be up to 12 weeks production. Working with overseas suppliers sometimes takes way longer than they originally anticipate.**
